21 January  – 18 March 2010: Exhibition ‘Landing Soon’

The three year running artist-in-residence program entitled  ‘Landing Soon’ by Cemeti Art House in collaboration with Gallerie Heden, The Hague has come to an end.

This exhibition shows an overview of the results of the last half of the project with thirteen artists from the Netherlands and Indonesia (‘Landing Soon’ #6 through #11).

In ‘Landing Soon’ a Dutch and an Indonesian artist lived and worked together in a house in Yogyakarta for three months and were given the opportunity to produce new works. Their process was fueled by exchange, research, experiments and collaboration with other artists, academics and craftsmen.
